Critterville is a pet resort dedicated to providing excellent customer service by offering quality pet care and furnishing a fun, clean, enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price. We offer top-quality dog suites in a cage-free environment. We also offer special cat accommodations in our cozy cat condos. We offer loving care to dogs, cats, birds, mini pigs, reptiles, fish and any other type of animal for which you may need assistance. Pocket pets are always welcome as long as you bring their habitat and food.

- Playgroups determined by breed, size and temperament (All dogs will be assessed by our qualified staff.)
- Real-time webcams (currently being upgraded), climate-controlled facility with plenty of fresh air, large, secured play yards, ambient music, etc.
- Progress report/verbal briefing (upon departure) to let you know how your furkid enjoyed their stay
- Elevated beds, elevated bowls

Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9:00 – 11:00 am and 3:00 – 5:00 pm

We will be open for check-ins and check-outs only from 9:00 – 11:00 am and 3:00 – 5:00 pm on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We will be open from 8:00 am -1:00 pm and 3:00-5:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Check with our staff regarding holiday check-in/ check-out availability. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards for payment of services.
